Say goodbye to rigid rental agency hours, tedious paperwork, and unclear pricing.

Sounds interesting? Well, my job was to design this whole new experience.

As the second designer at the company, I had the exciting opportunity to design the mobile app and contribute to the web app. Our goal was to create a seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly rent-a-van / car-sharing experience that accommodated three different types of vehicles. Initially, we focused on construction companies and workers, which meant designing for a user base that might not be very tech-savvy.

The app needed to be robust, incredibly easy to navigate, and accessible to users with minimal experience in digital tools. I took a user-centered design approach, ensuring that every decision was grounded in thorough research and continuous feedback from real users.This process involved regular collaboration with the product owner and brand designer, as well as close alignment with four skilled software engineers to bring the designs to life. Together, we tackled challenges like simplifying vehicle selection, streamlining the booking process, and ensuring the interface was as intuitive as possible. The result was a product that not only met the needs of our target audience but also set a foundation for expanding the service to new markets and user groups.

I was fortunate to be presented with an incredible opportunity, and I never took it for granted. The experience taught me countless new skills and expanded my perspective in ways I’ll always carry forward.

ante is one of the most reliable and effective people that I worked with. After inheriting the design specifications of the mobile app, Ante reworked the original vision of the product, and presented an app with intuitive user experience and future-proof design.

We collaborated very closely and the communication process was alway productive and ever-flowing. As the product requirements changed and evolved over time, it was a matter of minutes/hours until the existing designs were updated or new ones were created.

It was a great experience to be on the same team as Ante and I really hope that our professional paths will cross some time in the future.
